OASIS/Banner User Support
The information below is for current Banner users. Please see Request Access if you need a new OASIS/Banner ID or you need to have your access restored after changing departments.
- Password Reset - send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Request Additional Access - send an email to the Primary Process Owner (PPO) for the applicable Banner module
- Setup a Banner Printer - Send an email to email@example.com containing following information:
- IP address of the printer (e.g. 220.127.116.11)
- Brand and model of the printer (e.g. Dell 2335dn)
- Name, telephone number, and email address of a contact person
- Unique description of the printer, 30 characters or less in length (e.g. SVC6079, Registrar (Tampa) - Counter, or Financial Aid HP 5SI).
- If you need to print unofficial transcripts on the new printer send a list of OASIS/Banner user IDs in an email along with the new print r-number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
